How to File an FSA Claim
Use this quick guide to submit a claim and track your reimbursement.
- Collect documentation — receipt or EOB showing date, provider, amount.
- Log in — open the member portal: Employee Benefits Login.
- Start a new claim — choose Pay Me or Pay Provider, select expense type and amount.
- Attach documentation — upload receipt/EOB; add description and service category.
- Submit & track — view status in your dashboard; reimbursement typically processes in a few business days.
